Dr. Ken Olson and Jeff Worrell discuss the medical profession turf battles that are taking place over manipulation.  Chiropractors and Physical Therapists both are trained in the technique, but the two groups have very different views on who “should” practice manipulation.  Dr. Olson gives sage advice to new therapists as well as old ones about how to protect the PT Scope of Practice for the future.   Don’t rely on someone else to communicate to those in control of your future, the growing body of evidence that supports the value and expertise of the Physical Therapist in the total continuum of care.
