Real TIme Rehab is a new product on the market that offers therapists the ability to record specific exercise routines on a DVD disk for patients to follow along at home.  Unlike paper copies of exercise movements or web based programs, RTR uses a TV and DVD player, common features of most home entertainment systems.  In the comfort of the living room and away from a computer monitor, the patient can comfortably follow an exercise routine and continue therapy at home.
