		<description>I agree with the article and the comments.  We have over the past 3 years gone to non-provider status, then to just medicare, and now to cash based only and find it much more transformative for us and for our clients.  I feel it&#039;s important to have a product, our services, that are valuable to our clients.  If we can shift to a cash based practice, the onus is on us to have a skill set that helps people in efficient and effective ways.  it&#039;s great to hear others are doing this as well.

All growth HAS to come from the patient side.  Call it cash pay if you want but there is NO MORE MONEY on the government (Medicare) side or from commercial insurance payers.
