Great podcast. I think it is always important to remember who we spend the most time with--The Patients!! If we treat them well and improve their condition, you can be sure they will refer you new patients. Word of mouth is an incredibly strong marketing tool. As my practice has grown I've learned that it is ok to ask patients to refer people to you if they feel you could help. I started doing that and my "friend of a friend referrals" skyrocketed.

Great podcast. PT's focus on only doctors all too often when other resources can also be very effective (like current patients and massage therapists).
